Why can’t I get any rewards from Grand Battle bases my guild has control of?

In the Grand Battle, to obtain rewards for having control of bases, you must fulfill every requirement listed below.
Please note that all times mentioned correspond to the Server Time of the server you play on, and may not coincide with your local time.

• Your guild has control of a base in the Grand Battle as of 4:00 on the current day.
• From 4:00 on the previous day~3:59 on the current day, you deployed a character to a Grand Battle base 1 time or more, regardless of whether it was for sieging or defending.
• From 4:00 on the previous day~4:00 on the current day, you were a member of the same guild, and did not leave that guild before obtaining the rewards for having control of bases.
  
  • If you left your guild during this period, you are not eligible to obtain rewards for having control of bases from your former guild.
• From 4:00 on the current day~3:59 on the next day, you must claim the rewards for having control of bases. They are distributed on the Guild Info screen via the treasure chest icon located at the top-right corner of the Grand Battle banner.
  
  • A red badge will be displayed on the treasure chest icon when there are rewards that can be claimed.

Unlike the Guild Battle, if you do not deploy a character to a base even once in the Grand Battle, you will not be eligible to obtain any rewards.
