If the accidentally awakened character meets the Rarity Reset Requirements below, you can perform a Rarity Reset on a duplicate character with a lower rarity.
■Rarity Reset Requirements
・The character has an initial rarity of SR
・You have 2 or more of the same character awakened to SSR or higher
・You have the 500 Diamonds needed to perform a Rarity Reset
■What Happens with Rarity Reset
・The designated character’s rarity will reset to SR+
・If the designated character’s Lv is 2 or higher, a Lv Reset will also be performed, and any items used for leveling them up will be returned
・Any gear equipped by the designated character will be returned
・If a duplicate of the same character with a rarity of SR+ was used to awaken them, the used character will be returned
・If other characters with a rarity of SR+ were used to awaken the designated character, they will be returned as Witch’s Letters of the same Soul

1. Tap “Characters.”
2. Tap the character you want to reset.
3. Tap “Reset.”
