Why didn’t I get any characters after Invoking?

If your Roster is full, any characters you obtain will be sent to your Presents Box.

If those characters are not claimed before their expiration date, they will be deleted, so please be sure to check your Presents Box.

Additionally, if you go to the Characters screen, then the Awaken tab, you will find the “Release” button. On the screen that opens after tapping the button, you will see the option “Automatically release N characters.” As long as there is a checkmark inside the box next to that option, all characters with a rarity of N will be released the moment you obtain them, and you will obtain Character Coins and Kindling Orbs in their place.
