To load in to the Google Play version of MementoMori, it is required that users are logged in to Google Play. Please check your Google Play app to see whether you are logged in or not.
If you are logged in to Google Play (or have not logged out from it) and are still unable to load in to the game, we kindly ask that you contact Customer Support through “Contact Us” on the Menu.
