About Serial Code Entry

■Serial Codes
Serial codes are special codes you can enter to claim different items.
After entering the code successfully, the items will be sent to your in-game Presents Box.
*Items expire in 14 days.
Once a serial code has been used, it cannot be taken back.
Before using a serial code, please check your Player ID and entry information
to make sure they are correct.
If you send incorrect serial codes multiple times within a short period,
you will need to wait a while before sending again, so please be careful.

■Serial Code Usage Requirements
Depending on the serial code, the usage requirements and expiration dates may be different.

・Public Serial Codes
These serial codes are released by an official <i>MementoMori</i> account (social media, etc.),
and can only be used 1 time per World.
You can claim the items from the same code in multiple Worlds you have play data in.

・Private Serial Codes
These serial codes are included with purchases of products,
and can only be used 1 time per account.
Even if you have play data in multiple Worlds,
you can only claim the items from the code once, so please be careful.

please contact us using the method below.

1. Open the Home screen.
2. Tap the Menu icon located on the upper-right corner.
3. Tap "Support."
4. Tap "Contact Us."
5. Scroll down, then tap the "Contact" button.
6. Scroll down, then tap the "Question" button.
