If you have not received a product despite completing your payment, please locate the Menu on the upper-right side of the Home Screen, and try using “Restore Purchases.”
Furthermore, it is required that you use “Restore Purchases” to receive your product if you paid for it at a convenience store.
If none of the above resolves your issue, open the Menu, tap “Contact Us,” and then “Purchases/Payments.” Once your email app opens, please enter the required information, upload a screenshot of the receipt email sent from your platform’s store, then proceed to contact us.
