How do I check the order number on my receipt from Google Play?

1. Following the steps below, check the Google Play account you used when you purchased the product in question.
・From the Home screen of your phone, tap on the Play Store app.
・Tap either “Play Store” in the upper-right corner of the screen, or the three bars displayed in the search bar.
・Your registered email address will be displayed on the screen that appears from the left-hand side.
2. From your registered email address, check if you received a receipt email at the time of purchasing the product in question. If you received one, take a screenshot of the receipt contents.

1. Access the following link:
https://payments.google.com/
2. Sign in to the Google account you used to purchase the product in question.
3. From the “Activity” screen, tap on the transaction for the product in question.
4. Take a screenshot of the transaction ID (order number) listed on the transaction details.
*Your order number will be a combination of 17 alphanumeric characters starting with GPA.
