I have fewer Diamonds/Coins after buying “XX Gift” or “XX Shards” from the Shop, but why haven’t I received my items?

By using items that fall under the “Consumables” or “Parts” categories in the Item Box after obtaining them, you can receive their contents or effects.
*Some items come with conditions before using, such as having certain a Key, a certain number of pieces, etc.

The following are examples of the difference between “Consumables” and “Parts.”

• ◆Consumables
  • Items that contain other items, such as treasure chests/bags that are named “XX Gift”
    • If the icon of the item you obtained is displayed as a type of “storage container,” such as a treasure chest, bag, etc., please check the “Consumables” tab for them first
  • Items which are used to obtain other items at random, such as “Witch’s Shard (SR)”
  • “(Character Name) Shards,” which have a jigsaw puzzle symbol drawn on the icon’s lower-left corner
  • Items that contain fully assembled gear
• ◆Parts
  • Items connected only with gear parts, and they have a jigsaw puzzle symbol drawn on the icon’s lower-left corner
  • Items that contain gear parts, such as “XX Scroll”
