On the Google Play and iOS Versions, due to the payment systems used on each platform’s store, there are times when the payment status gets stuck as “pending,” with the “buy” button for the purchasable item becoming unresponsive.*
*While the “Diamond Pack 80” is stuck as pending, the buy button for the “Diamond Pack 80” will be unresponsive.
*While the “Diamond Pack 80” is stuck as pending, the buy button for the “Monthly Boost” will respond when tapped.
Payments will be in a status of “pending” in the following cases.
Google Play Version: After selecting “Pay at {convenience store brand},” while waiting to receive a payment code.
iOS Version: Via having too low of a balance remaining on your account at the time of purchase, an error, or other unforeseen reasons related to the App Store.
The pending status for both stores will resolve after waiting a set amount of time, so please check your payment history on the platform store you use to view the status of your payment.
In addition, for the Google Play Version, you can remove the pending status caused by waiting to receive a payment code via the following method.
*If 4 days have passed without receiving a payment code, your order will be cancelled automatically.
1. Tap your profile icon at the upper-right corner of the Google Play home screen.
2. Tap “Payments & subscriptions,” and then tap “Budget & history.”
3. Under Amount, tap “Cancel” beneath the item displayed as pending.
4. Tap “Cancel purchase.”
As a result of how the pending status works on the iOS Version, BOI is not able to help resolve the potential causes of the issue. We ask that you please contact Apple customer support instead.
In the event that the purchased item is not pending (the date of purchase and the order number are displayed), but the item has not been applied to your account in-game, please contact MementoMori customer support.
