If you performed the following operations while the items you purchased are not applied to your account, those items will not be applied even if you try restoring your purchases.
・If you performed “App Data Recovery”
・If you temporarily uninstalled the app
If “Restore Purchases” does not apply your purchases to your account, as described above, please contact us and attach a screenshot of your receipt information, with the following information visible for us to verify.
・Date/time of purchase
・The name of the product you purchased (Diamond Pack A, etc.)
・Order number and serial number (App Store), order number (Google Play), receipt number (Stripe/BOI Version), or transaction ID (Steam)
*The order number is different from the payment number sent by email from your payment company.
