■Active Skills
An Active Skill is a skill that activates on a character's action phase.
Active Skills automatically activate starting from the one
that is first available to activate.
After an Active Skill activates, it will enter its skill cooldown time.
While the Active Skill is cooling down,
its skill cooldown time will decrease by 1
at the end of each turn's action phase.
When the skill cooldown time's count reaches 0,
the skill will be able to reactivate.
If all of a character's Active Skills have entered their skill cooldown times,
that character will perform basic attacks instead.
■Passive Skills
A Passive Skill is a skill that automatically activates at a specific time.
Each Passive Skill has a different activation time, such as the start of a turn,
when a character is attacked, when a character is defeated, etc.
If the timing of a Passive Skill's activation is not written in its description,
that means it activates at the start of the battle.
If a character's Passive Skill meets its activation requirement at the same time
as that of another character, the activation order of those Passive Skills
will be determined by the order of the characters' action phases.
Passive Skills that activate when a character deals an attack,
or is dealt an attack, do not activate when the attack is evaded.
A Passive Skill generally does not activate via an effect
of a different Passive Skill.
Effects from basic attacks that are enhanced
via the Strengthened Basic Attack buff can also fulfill
requirements for a Passive Skill's activation.
However, the effects of damage cutting and surviving with 1 HP
can activate via the effects of different Passive Skills.
