■Action Phases
On a character's action phase, an Active Skill or basic attack will activate.
Each character can perform an action phase 1 time each turn.
A character's action phase will end either after an Active Skill activates
or after the character performs a basic attack.
If a character cannot perform any actions due to being afflicted with effects
from action hindering debuffs, such as Fainted or Sleep,
that state will be treated as the end of the action phase.
If an Active Skill reactivates, it does not count as a separate action phase.
Activations of Passive Skills and counterattacks
can occur outside of action phases.
If a character's skill description states that the skill or one of its effects
activates "at the start of the action phase,"
that skill or effect will activate at the start of that character's action phase.
■Action Order
The action order for characters during battle is determined
by each character's SPD stat values at the start of each turn.
Thus, the higher a character's SPD stat values are,
the more likely they are to act earlier.
If a character's SPD stat value changes during a turn,
it will not affect their action order for that turn.
Instead, the change will affect the action order
at the start of the following turn.
